We wanted a professional home inspection to use in support our upcoming 11-mo builder warranty walk-through list of required repairs. The service went very well on our 3,029sf home built in 2016. John caught things that we never would have seen (ex: fish mouth shingles, improper grading next to house foundation in lawn). We wanted to be there during the inspection to ask about/point out things that we had noticed that we thought might be concerns and also to have direct dialog with him so we could fully understand from him what the problem and fix should be. This made us feel confident that the builder resolved the issue correctly. He was a font of knowledge and a real pleasure to work with. We've already recommended him to other neighbors and won't consider anyone else if we need this service in the future!

Home inspection for newly constructed home.  John did a fabulous job! His report was very thorough. He found several things that we had not found ourselves & his photos & report findings gave professional credence that ensured our builder would make repairs, some of which our builder had previously indicated did not require repair when we expressed concerns. If we ever need a home inspector again we will certainly be calling John!
