Inspection Pricing

"How much do you charge " is a common first question asked of a home inspector.  However, the primary concern and questions that you should be asking is about qualifications and experience!  Nonetheless, inspection fees are based mainly on finished square feet but there are other factors that determine the fee.  

Pre-drywall inspections are based on square feet and other factors please text or email for a quote.

Commercial Building Inspections are billed on a case by case bases. Call or text for a quote.

Recheck inspections are billed on a case by case bases but normally billed at half the cost of the original inspection fee.

Additional trips are billed on a case by case bases but start at $150

Partial inspections are billed on a case by case bases but start at $200

EIFS Inspections require specialized training and equipment and billed on a case by case bases.  Email or text for a quote.

Stone Veneer Inspections are billed on a case by case bases.  Email or text for a quote.

Litigation Support and/or Expert Witness work is billed on a case by case bases.  Email or text and I will call you to have confidential discussion.
